Our Story

Naftali Levy is an Israeli expert in the field of intellectual property who has written and filed hundreds of patents for many of Israeli and international high-tech companies, some of which have been sold to large companies such as Facebook. Naftali experience includes nearly 20 years of working at the Israeli high-tech industry and advising companies on a variety of issues related to intellectual property.

Naftali specialized in law at Shibolet & Co. firm in Tel Aviv. Following his internship, he worked as a patent attorney at the medical device company Given Imaging LTD

Naftali later worked as an intellectual property manager at the international communications company Alvarion ltd. As part of his role at Alvarion, as IP director Naftali dealt with all aspects related to the company’s intellectual property and handled, a massive patent portfolio that included hundreds of patents filed in Israel and around the world. Naftali also represented the company in patent litigations against international communications companies and patent trolls (Non Practicing Entities). In addition, Naftali monetized some of Alvarion’s patent portfolio in one of the largest patent sales transactions in the Israeli economy. Later, Naftali worked as the director of intellectual property at Pebbles and developed the company’s intellectual property strategy until its sale to Facebook.

Naftali also advises small and large high-tech companies in various issues of intellectual property for in various technologies such as medical equipment, communications, software, electronics, mechanics and computers companies. In addition to his advocate and patent attorney titles, Naftali holds a degree in law and computers.

Rachel Bentov is a patent attorney with over 20 years of experience in drafting and filing patents. For many years, Rachel managed the intellectual property department at Given Imaging Ltd and dealt with all aspects related to the company’s intellectual property.

Additionally, Rachel served as an intellectual property consultant for Israeli companies in various fields. Rachel specializes in patents in the field of algorithm, software, image processing, medical equipment as well as in fields related to life sciences such as agriculture, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology and medicine. Rachel has a master’s degree in biochemistry. Rachel works as consultant at LEVYIP.

Michal Brunschwig manages the LEVY IP office. Additionally, Michal is in charge of the office customer relationships as well as the office business and administrative matters. Michal graduated from a Maale Film School in Jerusalem and speaks fluently four languages: German, French, English and Hebrew.
